I don't write fiction. OK -- a few years ago I wrote a short story that got published, but it almost killed me and it was 10 times shorter than a novel. I'll stay with non-fiction, thanks. But I know a lot of y'all do write fiction -- and I admire the heck out of that because it's HARD.
That's working with a book or author coach is important. If you're looking for one -- or a really excellent editor -- you'd be hard-pressed to find a better one than Duncan. He's a successful author in his own right and a very effective coach.
